We showed up and were formally greeted by the owner holding a sample of German Gluehwein (mulled wine) which set the tone for the whole evening (it was cold out that night!) Servers were knowledgable and polite, and explained the specials while suggesting the proper wines to accentuate the food. Salad was crisp with homemade dressing. I had the Jagerschnitzel and it was great! The mushroom sauce was rich and complimented the spatzle (German homemade pasta). It also came with a sweet/sour red cabbage. For desert I had authentic Black Forest Cake, this also looked to be homemade with a hint of Cherry Brandy? Overall an amazing dining experience, I can't wait to come back and listen to the live German music on every second Friday of the month! FIVE STARS!!!
